Returns & Exchanges

Oséree offers a 14-day return window from the delivery date for all unworn swimwear, provided that all original tags and hygiene liners remain intact. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Oséree box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the hygiene strips are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
